Pastoring in the city of Belfast since 1982, he is the Senior Pastor ofNew Life City Church in one of the most notorious areas of Belfast. Executive Member of the Elim Churches in Ireland, serving as the Directorof Evangelism in Ireland.Jack is the Director and founder of Stadium Youth and Community Projects,which he launched in 1989 focusing on Youth Programs for "At Risk" youth. He has literally saved lives in Belfast and has saved many others fromreceiving punishments of beatings and shootings. Death threats werecommon and he has been shot at several times. His home attacked and hiscar bombed. He is constantly living on the edge of the Ministry of JesusChrist.
